BOOST Bash annual Greene County CSD fundraiser set for April 1

A local academic focused event which has raised more than $300,000 in its first five years is back again for 2023.

The BOOST Committee is anticipating the sixth edition of its annual fundraiser set for April 1 at the Greene County Fairgrounds.

BOOST stands for Bringing Optimism & Opportunities to Students & Teachers, and all proceeds from the event will directly impact students and teachers in the Greene County Community School District.

The night includes a social, dinner, live and silent auctions, and recognition of the great things happening at Greene County Community School District.
This ongoing support from the community has created wonderful new opportunities for Greene County students and teachers. Examples of the funded projects include field trips, musical instruments, 3-D printers, microphones for the high school auditorium, playground equipment, virtual business simulations, equipment for nursing training, STEM materials, and videography equipment.

The doors of the Clover Hall building will open at 5 p.m. on April 1, with dinner to begin at 6:3. Tables (seating 8 people) can be purchased, so gather friends and coworkers and purchase a table.  
Single tickets are also available. Similar to last year, single ticket buyers will seat themselves at the event. This year’s meal will again be provided by Greene County students and the Ram Restaurant.  Tickets or tables can be purchased at www.boostgreenecountyschools.com.

Tickets and tables are limited, and previous events have sold out. Ticket sales end March 22.
