Vera Shinner

Vera June Shinner age 85, of Omaha, formerly of Missouri Valley. June was born in Jefferson, Iowa to Arthur & Lucille Hillman. She married Don Shinner on November 21, 1948. She is preceded in death by; husband - Don Shinner and sister - Louise Evers.  Survived by son Jeffrey Shinner ; grandsons Douglas and Marcus; brother & sister-in-law Keith and Lucy Hillman; sister Jean Morranville.  She was active in Boy and Cub Scouts and served as a Sunday School Teacher for many years at the Missouri Valley Methodist Church.  Memorial Service to be announced at a later date.
