Ronald Wright, 83, of Jefferson, died at his home May 27. Private family services took place at Highland Township Cemetery near Bayard.

Funeral services for Virgil Pedersen, 92, of Dana, was held at 10:30 a.m., May 19, at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson. Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.
Carlyss Delva Coe was born October 28, 1917 to Carl Coe and Mattie (Siler) Coe on a farm near Woodbine, and passed away at the age of 97 at the Greene County Medical Center, Jefferson, on May 21.
