Whipple to play in 2016 Shrine Bowl

Greene County senior quarterback Daric Whipple will be making an appearance at the 2016 Iowa Shrine Bowl All-Star Football Game, scheduled to be played Saturday, July 23 at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. A total of 90 student-athletes throughout the entire state of Iowa were selected to represent their high schools in an exciting game between the state’s top-tier players.
Whipple has begun selling advertising for the Shrine Bowl, which will appear in the game’s official program. Cash donors will be listed on a special recognition page and all donations are tax deductible. All profits from the Shrine Bowl are distributed to The Shriner’s Hospitals for Children, making any sponsorship a charitable contribution. All sponsorship checks can be made payable to: Iowa Shrine Bowl Games Inc.
